Prime Lifts came to my address in Leeds and installed a Left Hand Side stairlift for my parents, Engineer arrived and was very polite and was considerate of my parents needs. Once job was compelted the engineer showed my parents how to use the stirlift and answered all questions that we had for him. Outstanding service provided and would definatly recommend.

Outstanding service provided from engineers at Prime Lifts and adaptions. Engineers arrived on time. Stairlift was difficult to install due to there being no electrical supply at the top of the staircase but engineer said that they wouold have this sorted and after some time they had installed a new plug socket for the power supply to the stairlift. Noise was kept to a minimum and they had cleaned and ensured that everything was clean and running before leaving.

Prime Lifts and adaptions was outstanding when i had called them, James explained everything to me and when he was at my address he explained everything to my grandad. Prime Lifts and adaptions was the only company who would come out and have a look at my grandads stairlift and once they had arrived they looked over the stairlift and they had figured out that it was a battery change that was required which they had done. Once job was compelted i was expecting the price to be expensive but they had said the price i couldnt believe what i was told.

Had a batteru change for my mums stairlift and all of a sudden it came to a stop, Tried to contact the person who done the battery change but no answer so i contacted Prime Lifts and adaptions who came to my address within a week and took my mums stairlift apart they had realised that the last person had done something that had caused the batteries to expload in themselves and this had then caused the wires to aslo burn out. Enginners had advised me that they would do everything they could to get this fixed and within a week they had come back out to completly repair this.

Outstanding turn around and was with my within a few days to install.
Explain and show how to use stairlift and what to do in the event of an emergency.
