| Basic service | A basic service includes checking all moving parts, batteries are working correctly. We would recommend this after 8-12 months of use | £100 If paid before checks are carried out. £80 is paid on the day |
| Intermediate service | Intermidiate service will include a 15 point check on both your strairlift and electrical systems, cleaning and a basic maintenance check. We would recommend this after 14-18 months of use | £120 If paid before checks are carried out. £100 if paid on day |
| Extensive service | Extensive service will include the motor being taken off the rail then cleaned fully inside and out. Rail will also be fully cleaned and greased up. Any working parts which are faulty will be replaced at no extra cost, Batteries are fully replaced and tested. We recommend this after 24 months of service | £180 If paid before checks and work is carried out. £150 is paid on the day. |
