Do you provide warrenty and plans on your products

Yes. 

Prime Lifts & Adaptions provides 1 year free service and maintenance plans on all our reconditioned products, If something was to happen in the 1st year after installation then we would come back out and repair and replace.

How long does it take to install the stairlift

On average we will be in and out withing 2 hours but this could vary depending on electrical locations, Customer satifaction. 

Are New Stairlifts better than Reconditioned 

This is a question i can only advise on. As a company we provide both New stairlifts are better because they are new and shiny and look better in certain situations, Reconditioned Stairlifts are used but we do a thorough 20 point check to ensure that everything is working ok and we do not install anything that is not up to the company standards

We offer a 24/7 Emergency call out service so if you have a fault with your stairlift then we can come out to your home address within 24 hours of the call coming in. 

Do you buy stairlifts

Yes Prime lifts & Adaptions will purchase your stairlift if you have no longer use for it. We will offer the best quote we can depending on the quality of the stairlift

Purchase or hire

Prime Lifts & Adaptions offers both a purchase plan so if you was to purchase the stairlift for full price then this is yours once you have a recipt if you dont wish to have anymore or something happens you can choose to sell onto someone else. 

 

We also offer a Hire service if you are only looking for a short terms stiarlift we can offer you a hire plan so you will pay a arranged amount each month for the selected duration of hire and once that term is up or coming to and end we will contact you to either expand your hire term or we will come out to the address to take away if the stairlift is no longer required.
